What it costs
The photo set is $149 on its own for a home up to 2,000 sq ft, and rises with the size. It is also the floor of every package: Package 1 starts at $199 and pairs the same stills with a virtual tour, and each package above it adds aerial, video and floor plans on top.

Real Estate Photography in detail
How quickly do I get my photos back?
Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. Video and Matterport tours follow within 48 hours, and everything else — floor plans and measured plans — within 72.
How should I prepare my property for a shoot?
Clean all surfaces, turn on all lights, open blinds and curtains, remove personal clutter, turn off TVs, and make beds. Cars off the driveway and bins out of frame help the exteriors. We will handle the rest.
Do you photograph the exterior as well as the interior?
Yes. Interior and exterior are shot in the same visit. Frontage, rear elevation and yard are part of the standard photo set, not an add-on.
Can the photos be delivered as a digital twilight set?
Yes. Digital twilight editing turns a daytime exterior into a dusk frame with warm interior lighting, available as an add-on from $149 in the booking form.
