Lit, not just captured
Off-camera lighting fills the dark corners a phone flattens, so a room reads at its true size instead of collapsing into shadow.

The stills a buyer scrolls past, or stops on. Every room lit, every vertical straight, every window holding its view.
High-quality interior and exterior photographs that show a property at its best. Professional lighting and considered composition bring out space, layout and the features a buyer actually cares about: the kitchen that opens onto the yard, the light in the primary bedroom, the finished basement that adds a floor of living.
This is the base layer of every listing we shoot. It is included in all five packages, delivered MLS-ready within 24 hours, and built so the same set works on MLS, your website, the feature sheet and social without a second edit.
Most of the sets on this page were shot in Mississauga, where we are based. The same treatment goes to Toronto, Oakville, Brampton and the rest of the nine cities we cover — each has its own page with local frames and what a shoot there usually involves.

Off-camera lighting fills the dark corners a phone flattens, so a room reads at its true size instead of collapsing into shadow.
Exposures are blended so the glass shows the backyard, the ravine or the skyline, not a blown-out white rectangle.
Rooms are shot in the order a buyer walks them, so the gallery reads as a route through the home rather than a pile of angles.
Same treatment on a $600k townhouse as on a $3M custom build. Your listings look like they came from one brand, every time.
Shot today, in your inbox within 24 hours, so the MLS entry and the social post go out on schedule.
The same set carries the feature sheet, the brokerage website, the email blast and the Instagram carousel.
We arrive early, walk the home once, and set the order of rooms and the angle that gives each one the most depth.
Lighting is set per room and exposures are bracketed for the windows. No single-shot compromises, no orange lamp cast.
Frontage, rear and yard while the light is right, then the close frames on finishes, fixtures and built-ins.
Colour, verticals and window blends are finished by hand, then the set lands in your inbox within 24 hours.

The photo set is $149 on its own for a home up to 2,000 sq ft, and rises with the size. It is also the floor of every package: Package 1 starts at $199 and pairs the same stills with a virtual tour, and each package above it adds aerial, video and floor plans on top.
Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. Video and Matterport tours follow within 48 hours, and everything else — floor plans and measured plans — within 72.
Clean all surfaces, turn on all lights, open blinds and curtains, remove personal clutter, turn off TVs, and make beds. Cars off the driveway and bins out of frame help the exteriors. We will handle the rest.
Yes. Interior and exterior are shot in the same visit. Frontage, rear elevation and yard are part of the standard photo set, not an add-on.
Yes. Digital twilight editing turns a daytime exterior into a dusk frame with warm interior lighting, available as an add-on from $149 in the booking form.
