These are not one page with the city name swapped. Pick a city and you get what its streets are built of, what the drone rules are there and what actually sells a listing on them.

Peel RegionHome base

Mississauga

Mississauga is where we are based and where most of our work happens: a real estate photographer twenty minutes from Port Credit semis, Lorne Park customs and Square One condos. Different listings, different shoots.

City of Toronto

Toronto

Narrow lots, attached neighbours and tight airspace. Toronto listings are the most constrained shoots in the GTA, and the ones where technique matters most.

Brampton

Wide lots, big builds and a lot of very similar houses on the same street. Brampton listings need media that finds the difference.

Oakville

Mature streets, deep lots and a buyer who expects the marketing to match the price. Oakville is where presentation standards are highest in Halton.

Markham

Heritage streetscapes in Unionville, estate lots in Cachet, and some of the most planned newer communities in the region. Markham rewards media that reads the neighbourhood.

Vaughan

Large custom builds, village-scale heritage in Kleinburg, and a downtown that did not exist fifteen years ago. Vaughan covers more ground than most GTA municipalities.

Richmond Hill

A long, narrow town that changes character from south to north — dense and established at Yonge and Highway 7, semi-rural by the time you reach Oak Ridges.

Burlington

Lakefront at one end, escarpment at the other. Burlington has more genuine landscape to work with than almost anywhere else we shoot.

City of Hamilton

Hamilton

Century homes below the escarpment, established estates in Ancaster and Dundas, and newer stock on the mountain. Hamilton has the widest range of housing we shoot.

What you get on a city page

Three things, written for that city

See Mississauga →
01

The housing stock

What the streets are actually made of — semis, custom builds, condos — and how that changes the shoot.

02

Drone rules at your address

Which control zones cover the city, and whether aerials are realistic there. Checked before you book, not after.

03

What sells a listing there

Where the money is best spent locally: interiors, a floor plan, twilight, or the aerial.

The area

Based in Mississauga, out to the edges

Everything from Hamilton in the west to Markham in the east is a normal working day, and none of it carries a travel surcharge. Outside that, we still travel for the right booking — send the address and we will tell you honestly whether it makes sense, including whether the airspace allows aerials there.
