The service

What this covers

Professionally edited property videos built to tell a story and create an emotional connection with the buyer. The camera moves the way a person moves through the home: in the door, through the main floor, up the stairs, out to the yard, so the layout is understood rather than guessed at.

Every video is delivered in two cuts: a cinematic version for MLS and your website, and a vertical version sized for Reels, TikTok and Stories. Both are graded to match the photography from the same shoot.

Best for
  • Listings pushed hard on social
  • Homes with strong flow and natural light
  • Luxury and design-led properties
  • Agents building a personal brand
  • New builds and model homes

A finished property film

The cinematic cut from 1362 Kenmuir Avenue in Mississauga, the same home whose stills and exteriors appear across this site.

Why it earns its place on a listing

Build a package →
01

Edited to tell a story

Arrival, entry, the main living space, the private rooms, the yard. A sequence with a beginning and an end, not a slideshow with motion.

02

An emotional read on the home

Movement, light and sound do what a still frame cannot: they make a buyer picture living there rather than assessing a room.

03

Two cuts, two places to post

The cinematic version carries MLS and your website; the vertical carries Reels, TikTok and Stories. Same shoot, no re-crop.

04

Keeps people watching

A buyer who starts the video usually finishes it, which is more of the listing seen than a photo gallery gets. On social the same cut earns its own reach rather than sitting on the listing page waiting.

05

Works as your marketing too

A strong property video sells the listing and demonstrates to the next seller how their home would be marketed.

06

Consistent with the stills

Graded to match the photography from the same shoot, so the whole listing reads as one piece of work.

How we shoot it

From booking to inbox

  1. 01

    Plan the walk

We set the route through the home before rolling: where the video enters, what it opens on, and which space it finishes in.

  2. 02

    Shoot the sequence

Gimbal-stabilised moves through each space, plus the detail shots and light-driven beats that give the edit its rhythm.

  3. 03

    Cover the outside

Approach, frontage and yard bookend the film, and where drone is booked, the aerial gives the opening or closing reveal.

  4. 04

    Cut, grade, deliver

Edited to music, colour graded to match the stills, exported cinematic and vertical, back with you in 48 hours.

Questions

Property Videography in detail

What is the difference between the vertical and the cinematic video?

The vertical video is a fast, social-first cut built for Reels, TikTok and Stories (from $129). The cinematic property video is the longer, fully graded film for MLS and your website (from $229). Most listings that use video do best with both.

Can drone footage be included in the property video?

Yes. Where aerial work is booked, the drone footage is cut into the same film, usually as the opening reveal or the closing pull-back.

How quickly do I get the video back?

Video is delivered within 48 hours of the shoot. Photos come back within 24, and floor plans or anything else within 72.

Do you offer services for commercial properties?

Yes. We work across residential and commercial real estate, including condo and multi-unit developments. Send the property details and we will tell you what the shoot needs.
