Size of the home
This is the one that moves the total. A larger house takes longer to shoot and longer to edit, so every package and service is quoted against 9 size bands. The prices on this page are the first band; the booking form shows yours as you drag the slider, before you commit.
Bundling
Orders over $250 currently carry a 20% discount, taken off at the last step of the booking form — the prices on this page are the full ones. From Package 3 up, a bundle already costs well below the same services picked one at a time, so bundling is nearly always the cheaper route.
Where the property is
Nothing. There is no travel surcharge anywhere in our coverage area, from Hamilton to Markham. A Toronto shoot and a Mississauga shoot cost the same.

How much does real estate photography cost in Toronto and the GTA?
Our packages start at $199 and run to $999 for a home up to 2,000 sq ft. $199 covers photos and a virtual tour, which is enough to put a listing online properly. Most agents book the $499 package, which adds drone, video and a floor plan. Larger homes are quoted higher, and prices are the same across the whole coverage area — there is no travel surcharge anywhere in the GTA.
Is the price different for a larger home?
Yes. A bigger house takes longer to shoot and longer to edit, so every package and every individual service is quoted against 9 size bands, from up to 2,000 sq ft up to 6,000+ sq ft. The prices published on this page are the first band; the booking form shows the price for your actual size as you drag the slider, before you commit to anything.
Can I book individual services instead of a package?
Yes. Every service above can be booked on its own or bolted onto a package. From Package 3 up, the bundle costs well below the same services bought one at a time — Package 3 saves over $180 — so if you need three or more items a package is almost always cheaper. The two smallest packages sit close to the price of their parts; what they add is the virtual tour, which we do not sell separately.
Is the virtual tour in the packages a Matterport 3D tour?
No — they are two separate things. The Matterport 3D tour is an add-on from $139 and is not included in any package; add it to whichever tier you book if you want the full scanned walkthrough. The virtual tour that comes with every package is a lighter deliverable built from the listing photography.
Do you charge for travel within the GTA?
No. Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington and Hamilton are all at the same price. We are based in Mississauga, so most of the region is inside an hour.
When do I pay, and what do you accept?
You are invoiced after delivery, not before the shoot. We take e-transfer, credit card and invoice. Prices shown are before HST.
What is included in the turnaround time?
Photos are delivered the next day, video within 48 hours and everything else — floor plans and 3D tours — within 72. All of it is MLS-ready and included in every package at no extra cost; there is no rush fee, because next-day is simply how we work.
