One shot, no cuts
The whole home in a single unbroken take. Nothing is edited around, so a buyer trusts what they are seeing.

Front door to backyard in one unbroken shot, through the stairwell, over the island, out the patio doors. No cuts, nothing hidden.
Cinematic first-person drone flythroughs that glide through an entire property in one continuous shot. The camera enters at the front door, travels the way a buyer would walk, rises through the stairwell and exits to the yard, capturing the flow and feel of a home in a way static photos and traditional video cannot.
It is the most immersive piece of media a listing can carry, and still rare enough in the GTA that it marks a property as differently marketed the moment it starts playing.

The FPV flythrough from 1362 Kenmuir Avenue in Mississauga. Watch where the camera goes, and note there is no cut anywhere in it.
The whole home in a single unbroken take. Nothing is edited around, so a buyer trusts what they are seeing.
The camera travels the route a person would walk, so the connection between kitchen, living space and yard is obvious rather than described.
Through a stairwell, over an island, out an open patio door. Paths a gimbal rig on a tripod simply cannot take.
A continuous flythrough is the rare piece of listing media people watch twice, which is exactly what social rewards.
Very few GTA listings run an FPV flythrough. The ones that do stand out in the feed before the address is read.
A small prop-guarded cinewhoop flown by certified pilots, planned around the furniture, the glass and the people in the house.
We plan the exact path first: entry point, room order, where the shot rises through the stairwell and where it exits.
Doors set open, lights on, loose items secured. A continuous take means every detail along the path has to be right before the first pass.
The route is flown repeatedly until one pass is clean end to end. The take you receive is a single flight, not a stitch.
Stabilised, colour graded to match the stills and cut to music, delivered horizontal and vertical.

The FPV indoor flythrough starts at $139 as an add-on in the booking form and is included in Package 5. It pairs naturally with the cinematic property video and aerial work in Package 4.
Yes. We fly a small prop-guarded cinewhoop, plan the route in advance and clear the path before the first pass. Our operators are certified and fully insured.
Open-plan and multi-level layouts, open staircases, and any home where the connection between spaces is a selling point. Tight, closed-off floor plans get less out of it.
Yes. We fly the route until one pass is clean from start to finish. What you receive is a single flight, with no cuts hidden in the edit.
