1. What services does RCG Canada offer?
We provide professional real estate photography, 3D Matterport virtual tours, drone photography, drone videography, cinematic property videos, floor plans, and digital twilight editing for properties across the Greater Toronto Area.
2. What areas do you serve?
We serve the entire Greater Toronto Area including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, and surrounding cities.
3. How do I book a shoot?

4. How quickly do I get my photos back?
Photos come back within 24 hours of the shoot, video and 3D tours within 48, and floor plans within 72.
5. Are your drone pilots licensed?
Yes, all our pilots are Transport Canada certified and fully insured for commercial drone operations.
6. What is a 3D Matterport tour?
A 3D Matterport tour is an immersive virtual walkthrough that lets buyers explore a property room by room from any device. It acts as a 24/7 open house.
7. What are your packages and pricing?
Our packages start at $199 for photos and virtual tours, scaling up to $999 for a complete media package. Full package details are on the home page.
8. Can you shoot both interior and exterior?
Absolutely. Every package includes professional interior photography. Aerial drone photography is available in packages 2 and above.
9. Do you offer services for commercial properties?
Yes. We work across residential and commercial real estate, including condo and multi-unit developments. Send the property details and we will tell you what the shoot needs.
10. How should I prepare my property for a shoot?
Clean all surfaces, turn on all lights, open blinds and curtains, remove personal clutter, turn off TVs, and make beds. We will handle the rest.
