RCG Aerial Solutions ("RCG", "we", "us") operates rcgcanada.ca. This page explains what information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

Information we collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us, through:

The contact form: name, email, phone number, property address, service interests and your message.
The booking form: the same details, plus the package and add-ons you select.
Direct email or phone contact with us at official@rcgcanada.ca or 905 869 8249.

We also use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how people find and use this site, and to measure which of our ads lead to an inquiry. These services set cookies and record technical information such as your approximate location (city level), device and browser, the pages you view, and the link or advertisement that brought you here. We use this only in aggregate, to see what is working. We do not use it to identify you personally.

If you would rather not be counted, you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on, turn off ad personalisation in your Google Ad Settings, or block cookies for this site in your browser. None of that affects your ability to use the site, the forms, or to contact us.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, schedule a shoot, and deliver the media and services you book. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Photos and video from a shoot

Images and video captured during a booked shoot are delivered to the client for their use (e.g. an MLS listing). We may also use select frames in our own portfolio, gallery and marketing. If you would prefer we not use a particular property's media publicly, tell us and we will leave it out.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking details for as long as needed to manage our business relationship with you and to meet our own accounting and legal obligations, and delete or anonymize it after that.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing official@rcgcanada.ca.

Third parties

Form submissions are delivered to us through our website hosting and form-handling providers, solely to route your message to us. The measurement described above is processed by Google, which may store it on servers outside Canada. Apart from these providers, we do not share your information with anyone else except where required by law.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, for example if we add analytics or a new form, we will update this page and the date above.
